At Urvii, we take great care in ensuring that your handcrafted products reach you safely and on time.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• As our products are handloom and artisan-made, in some cases, additional time may be required. If so, customers will be notified promptly.

Shipping Timeline

• Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• International Orders: Delivered within 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

• For all domestic orders shipping is free.
• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, for international orders.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/WhatsApp so you can track your package in real-time.

Delivery Delays

• Urvii is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen events (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
• However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving such issues to the best of our ability.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Urvii will not be liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.
• In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will work with our logistics partner to resolve the issue or issue a refund.
